Matthew Wren Andrew

Managing Director

At Dreamtime Events, Matthew Wren Andrew prides himself on a personal, hands-on approach to supporting both clients and staff. He believes in getting to know the people he works with and for, ensuring the perfect fit for every event. With over 10 years of experience (pandemic aside!), Matthew has personally managed Merchandise teams, VIP lounges, Workshop staff, and Box offices at some of the UK’s most high-profile events.

Matthew doesn’t just oversee operations—he personally works on over 40 events each year, ensuring every detail receives his attention and providing that invaluable personal touch. In addition to his event experience, he has managed flagship stores in the West End with teams of up to 140 people and a £7 million turnover, truly honing his people skills and leadership abilities.

Fun Fact

Matthew’s background is anything but ordinary! He trained as a performer and has toured in over 25 national Theatre-In-Education tours. He also spent 6 years managing his own pantomime company, where he was involved in every aspect—producing, writing, and directing his own shows.

David Chamberlain

Director

David joined Dreamtime Events as a director in 2022, after contributing to several of our high-profile events in 2021. With an impressive 17 years of experience as a cabin manager flying internationally, David brings an unparalleled level of customer service to every event. His extensive background spans not only aviation but also retail and banking, allowing him to seamlessly apply his skills across various industries.

David is a key player in managing many of our VIP lounges on-site, where his expertise in communication and customer care shines through. He has a unique ability to connect with all levels of guests and staff, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional experiences for everyone involved.

Fun Fact

David is a world-champion line dancer and UK judge, having won the title in Nashville, Tennessee.
